Lookups use Open Food Facts, which doesn't know every product. Add the details by hand: you only need to do it once, and scanning that barcode again adds a batch.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. To restore a purchase, use Restore on the paywall.
